The HE-11

This is an downsized version of The HE-X, Made for Humans and Dragons under eight feet. The Rifle is semi-auto, with heavy AP rounds designed to shatter armor and scales. The HE-11 is used as a sniper rifle for humans as carrying and firing usually ends up with broken collarbones and Dragons are usually able to run and gun with the rifle. The rifle has a 12 round magazine and an effective range of a mile and a half. The scope is a new experimental model that can predict bullet trajectory up to 800 yards, including wind and other environment effects, making a common soldier into a marksman.
